πŸ₯ Claude & Croissants: Take your AI skills to the next level

Tuesday, 19 May 2026Β·Grow, Level 39, Canary WharfΒ·London, UK

There's a gap between using AI as a chatbot and building AI-powered workflows that connect securely to your internal data, automate processes, and operate across entire business functions.

Applied Edge has done this across our own company β€” project management, finance, marketing, sales, HR β€” using tools like Claude CoWork and Claude Code. We're now doing the same for leading organisations. This breakfast session is your chance to see how, get hands-on with the tools, and leave with the knowledge to bring it back to your team.

Hosted by Applied Edge, Applied Blockchain's AI practice, the session is led by Adi Ben-Ari (CEO & Founder) and Andy Campbell (Head of AI).

"We had a great time at the event, thank you for putting it on, it was well organised and fun, and we felt help was always at hand!" – Programme Director, Financial Services

The session

8:30 – 9:30 AM β€” Breakfast and main session: demos of real workflows built and deployed (internally and for clients), then hands-on time trying the tools yourself with guidance from the team.

9:30 – 10:00 AM β€” Optional networking and working session to dig into your individual challenges and ideas with the Applied Edge team.

"Thanks so much for organising, was super interesting and I am really grateful for the experience" – Head of Finance, Natural Resources

What you'll get

  • Examples of workflows built and deployed, internally and for clients
  • Hands-on time with the tools, with guidance from the team
  • A curated group of senior peers and open, candid discussion
  • The confidence to start applying these tools in your own organisation

Who should attend

Senior leaders who want to see what's working inside real companies and get hands-on with the tools:

  • Want to understand what Claude and modern AI tools can realistically do for their business
  • Are exploring, piloting, or scaling AI within their teams
  • Would value a candid conversation with peers and practitioners, rather than a sales pitch

"It was a genuinely well-run event and a really good experience all round" – Head of Enterprise Applications, Engineering & Manufacturing
