Don’t come to learn about AI. Come to build with it.

Bring us one real workflow from your organisation. Over six weeks your team works alongside our Claude Certified Architects to design it, build it inside your environment and put it into production.

You leave with something working, and the capability to build the next one.

Is your organisation ready for the Bootcamp?

It is for organisations ready to move beyond AI experimentation and into production. All six need to be true today.

A real business problem

A clearly bounded workflow that can reach production in six weeks.

The people to build it

An executive sponsor, a technical owner and a business owner, committed for the six weeks.

Claude ready

An Anthropic account in place, or one you can establish quickly.

£1,000 a month of Claude usage

A minimum of £1,000 a month in Claude consumption for six months, paid directly to Anthropic.

There is no programme fee payable to Applied Edge. Your Claude consumption is paid directly to Anthropic and supports the production workload you build during the Bootcamp.

A measurable outcome

Something we can baseline before the Bootcamp and measure afterwards.

A story we can share

Willingness to publish the result, with your approval on the text.

Six weeks. One workflow.

01 / Design

Turn the problem into something buildable.

A full design session with your team and ours. Define the architecture, the success measures and the path to production.

02 / Build

Hands on keyboards.

Your technical owner builds alongside a named pair of Claude Certified Architects, with two working sessions every week.

03 / Production

Put it in front of real users.

Deploy inside your environment, on your Anthropic account. The wider user group comes in before the build is finished, not afterwards.

04 / Measure

Prove what changed.

Measure against the baseline agreed before week one, and present the result back to your leadership.

We built this way of working on ourselves first

Project budget overruns were costing us around £250,000 a year. Since introducing our AI process we have not had one.

From our Claude sessions

The really useful thing for me was understanding what I'm doing right and also what I'm doing wrong. There are so many tools, and so many connectors, it's hard to know where to start.

Being able to take silos and see the bigger picture, do the strategy and then come back down again was very helpful.

What you leave with

  • A working AI system.
  • A measured result.
  • A team that knows how to do it again.

Applications close Friday 16 October

Limited places. If you have a business problem in mind and the authority to commit to it, we would like to see your application. Selection conversations run on a rolling basis, so applying early means being seen early.

Be specific. “Reduce contract review turnaround, currently averaging eleven days” is a strong opening; “explore AI in legal operations” is not. If your ambition is large, tell us the first deliverable slice of it.

Attempts that went nowhere are not a mark against you. They are usually the best evidence the problem is real.

A sponsor, a technical owner, and an owner of the process being changed. Names and roles are enough.

Around thirty minutes. Every applicant hears back, successful or not, with reasons.

Not sure your problem fits? Talk to Andrew and have a short conversation, no application required.

Questions

If yours is not here, talk to one of the team. A short conversation usually settles it faster than an email thread.

What does the £1,000 a month actually cover?

Your own Claude consumption, paid directly to Anthropic, for six months. It is not a fee to us. It funds the production workload you build during the Bootcamp and keep running afterwards, and it is roughly what a workflow in real daily use costs.

Six weeks sounds fast. Is it realistic?

For a problem scoped to fit it, yes, which is why scoping decides most applications. One workflow done properly beats an ambitious programme left half built. If what you have in mind is really a six month build, we will tell you at the selection conversation rather than in week three.

We already use Claude. Can we still take part?

Yes, and it usually helps. What matters is that the workflow you bring is new work heading for production, and that the consumption it drives is genuinely yours.

We don't have an Anthropic account yet. Can we still apply?

Yes, provided you can open one self serve within days. An account that has to clear a procurement cycle will not work this round, because the timeline has no room for it.

Who owns what we build?

You do, outright. It runs on your infrastructure and your own Anthropic account from day one, and the build, the IP and the method are yours to keep, whether or not we work together again.

What do we have to publish, and what happens afterwards?

A written account of what you built and what it achieved, within sixty days of go live, with your organisation named. You review and approve the text, percentages or indexed figures are the default, and absolute financials are never required. After the Bootcamp there is no obligation to buy anything: you have a working system and a team that can build the next one.
