We are pleased to share that, at the time of writing, 18 members of the Applied Edge team have qualified as Claude Certified Architects through Anthropic's professional certification programme.
What Claude Certified Architect means
The Claude Certified Architect qualification is Anthropic's professional certification for practitioners who demonstrate deep expertise in designing, building, and deploying production systems with Claude. It covers architecture patterns, prompt engineering, tool use, evaluation frameworks, and enterprise deployment best practices.
It is not a course completion badge. It is a technical assessment of real-world capability.
Why this matters for our clients
Applied Edge works with organisations adopting AI across strategy, architecture, build, and ongoing support. Having certified architects on the team means our clients benefit from practitioners who have been independently validated by Anthropic on the platform we use every day.
When we design an AI system, scope an integration, or advise on architecture, that advice comes from hands-on, certified expertise, not just familiarity with the documentation.
Part of a broader investment
This is one part of our ongoing investment in Claude and the Anthropic ecosystem. We run regular Claude and Croissants workshops, build production systems on Claude for enterprise clients, and contribute to the practitioner community.
As more of our team complete the certification, we will continue to deepen our capability across the full lifecycle of AI delivery.
